At Luhxe, we strive for perfection, but if your purchase isn't quite right, we offer seamless returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery. All items must be returned in their original, unworn condition with all designer tags attached.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare Your Package

  Place the items securely in the original packaging and include the printed return slip provided via email.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects your return, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
